- Modern evergreen browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari). **IE is not
  supported.** Mobile web works; native mobile SDKs are separate.
- The loader is `async` and small; the chat UI loads lazily in its iframe and
  does not block your page.
- The SDK is delivered as a single hosted script from Clad's CDN — there's
  nothing to bundle. TypeScript definitions are available for typed access to
  the global API.
