- The hosted widget UI and API are versioned in the URL path (`/v1/`); breaking
  changes ship under a new version, so your existing `<script>` tag keeps
  working.
- The public SDK method names, the Promise‑based API, the event system, the
  identity/JWT model, and the hosted‑iframe default are stable contracts within
  a major version.
- Include the `requestId` from a `SupportChatError` when contacting support.
